In case you missed that link it's here! Sellin' out, woo. I'll be aiming to stream next on Friday 10th October, doing artysketches and maybe playing some games. (Probably won't be the same quality as the charity stream.)
I'll also be on my mod blog ( captainhoers ) all evening and on Twitter (@CaptainHoers) to answer questions and talk and stuff! A spontaneous stream may happen if I get excited!
Here are some questions you might have!
Money? What? Don't worry, everything I make is still going to be free. It's pay what you want, even if you don't want to or can't pay anything! You can even hold off for a month or two if you threw a bunch of money at my collected download already! That was a water tester (that went rather well, thank you!)
WHY. I already work flat out on internet arty things, and job prospects are so grim here, that opening this door is probably a better shot at self-sufficiency than trying to find a day job.
Why monthly? I do so many different things that it's just easier to make a catch-all that'll persist between projects. Hell, Firestarter Spitfire hasn't run for more than a month at a time since 2012.
Why are you starting with a fan fiction? I don't read that shit! Because It's already like 30% done and I want to knock it out of the park before getting stuck into the heavy stuff. (It was meant to be done by February.) You're also paying for my streaming, general stability and confidence for future prospects.
I'm a student/fellow starving artist and I'd like to Please. If you need your money more than I do (which if you're under 25 you probably do), keep it. I'm officially absolving you of any nebulous guilt you may have.
I'm worried about paying and you doing nothing! I'll turn off the monthly funding for rest months, relax. I wouldn't be doing this if I wasn't confident in my ability to keep it up. (This also means no convention work.)
Does this mean Spitfire will get more updates? Maybe. Six seasons and a movie, and all that.
