Hope all you lovers are having a beautiful day and Happy Valentines Day to you singletons #girlnextdoorstyle loves you :))) And because we love you all so much we are sharing with you our Valentines Crush Craig McGinlay Interview Part 2. (Anyone interested in the Paisley road trip contact Laura :) #paisleynightoot

Laura - What would you wear on a first date ? Would you majorly stress about it like us girls do ? Is your wardrobe all over the floor getting ready ?

McGinlay - Not really I m just a shirt and a blazer and jeans kinda guy, and when I go to most big events there is typically a stylist there dressing me so although people say “you look good “or comment on my style and how I dress to be honest its not always down to me!  so when it comes to dating I don’t really have a stylist there to help me !! (Ash jumps in with -“You could do, Laura is a stylist she can help you!” - and thats what bessies are there for:) - I then explain my job as a personal stylist and shopper :)  McGinlay - So for my next date then you could sort me out with what to wear - obviously I accepted this challenge :) McGinlay - that is what I need in my life !!! I m probably quite simple in that way when it comes to clothes, you know if I m going to smarten up I will chuck on a tie or if its smart casual no tie, Laura - but it is easier for guys though, just go and buy something blue and it will mix into your wardrobe.  McGinlay - Exactly its dead easy for guys  Or throw on a formal dinner suit if its something more formal, I do like a shirt and a tie though.

Ash - What would you like a girl to wear on your first date ? 

McGinlay  - hmmmmm thats a tough question I like a classier girl, don’t like girls that cake themselves in makeup your hiding something if your wearing too much, so a classy girl and not got everything hanging out ,attractive girl I don’t have a type I d say not specific to blonde, brunette, just good chat, good personality and thats it to be honest what I m after.

Laura - Have you ever had a really bad date and if so what happened ?

McGinlay - I m going to be really boring, I ve not really had any terrible, terrible dates that I can think of ! (I piped in with a bad date that a guy ordered 6 sambuca shots and he did them all and got really really drunk) McGinlay- Well if I did 2 sambuca shots I would be on my back because I don’t really drink I m a lightweight so normally don’t drink and just take my car. If I had 6 sambucas I  wouldn’t be seen for a week!!!

Laura - So the question we all want to know the answer to here at girlnextdoor is - Do you have a girlfriend ? (said whilst playing with my hair obvs:)

McGinlay - NOoo :( , I m so busy and travelling around a lot so in some ways I don’t know if it would be fair.  I m all over the place as I just signed in Milan and working there at the moment and working in New York from time to time but mainly London and Scotland so I m back and forward all over the place, so thats the difficulty at the moment I m all over the shop.
