Long answer: Yes! Itβs worth reminding folks, in the wake of Endgame and how polarizing opinions can be, that we are not a blog for one particular ship or another - we are a blog for Steve. Β Weβll fill asks that reference any number of ships, romantic or platonic; filling an ask does not indicate picking-of-a-side. Β Something we deliberately do not do at ISR is use this blog as a soapbox. Β We want it to be a place all feel welcome. So please, yes, request away, we will continue to fill all sorts of Steve/Character(s) and Steve & Character(s) as we have in the past. Β
Perhaps this brief reminder/PSA wasnβt necessary, but I know Endgame (and GoT) have hit some people hard and I felt it was important to include a reminder about our focus being Steve, not one or another particular ship. Β

Hi! For that last anon about maybe being not bi but gay: this sounds a lot like compulsory heterosexuality which is societies conditioning of girls being expected to be attracted to men. So u see a dude and obviously u can see he's hot and initially it feels like attraction until u search deeper and u don't feel like you'd actually have sex/ date him. This is bc society tells girls from a young age that we are supposed to want relationships from men we find good looking. Mod, maybe elaborate?
(I donβt like jumping to conclusions that compulsory heterosexuality is always at fault for causing people to doubt their identities unless they have stated that they themselves think/know they have grown up in a super super heteronormative environment that pushed heterosexuality on the person.) however I do see your point nonie and agree that this may be a cause of the confusion our other nonie is experiencing!
finding a sex attractive does not mean you want to have a relationship with or have sex with the individual. thinking of it as appreciating art, for lack of a better metaphor. you find art beautiful but u donβt wanna fuck or date it, do you? so anyway, @previous nonie, how u wanna identify is up to you but if this cleared up some confusion for you and made u realise you might not be bi, go ahead and rock that gay label (note: itβs still ok to use bi until you feel 100% sure you want to identify as lesbian. no rush)
