I think it would depend on how long they were an established team.  So, if this were to happen right after they all left the academy, they’d probably just hold that survivor back and have them re sorted into another team when the next academy class graduates.

But, if they had been a team for awhile, then I would assume that the hokage might assign them on missions with some other solo/non-team shinobi.  Basically piecing a team together rather than having an established one.

(Part 2/2) The strengh of the element outside depends on the user quantity of chakra, and how well they will control the element depents on their hability to dominate chakra. When the technique is no longer needed, the user need to do the hands signs in reverse order to deactivate it. While using, the user can't use normal jutsus. It can be used on all elemental liberations, except Doton. I wanted to know your opinion on it, and how I can develop this jutsu. Thanks from now!

So, I’m not entirely sure why the drawn seals are needed?  I think that it would be something done with just basic hand seals.  But, in order to do this technique the user would probably have to have an INSANE amount of chakra and pretty much perfect chakra control on any level of usage.  For example, someone with poor chakra control with a fire aura around them could easily lose control of it and cause harm to themselves and others.  For this reason, I think that almost any village would consider this a forbidden technique.

I haven’t read the novels but this is a really nice sentiment.  It is true that they are humans and have basic emotional needs like everyone else in the world.

I think most of the reason why I myself have reservations with Akatsuki pairs is because of the idea that I think they’d be much more concerned with their work and goals with the organization that they wouldn’t want to have their extra time be spent on a relationship.

Also being in a group like this, whether its one side of the relationship or both could put tremendous strain on people, which never ends well.

Hey there! So, with a technique like this it’s really hard to do without making it overpowered.  There would have to be MAJOR drawbacks to this.  If you consider Ino’s Mind Transfer technique for example, she has to put her entire consciousness into the other person, leaving her body in a comatose state.  I would assume that your soul manipulation in the naruto verse would work in a similar way.

If thats the case, what is the consequence if something goes wrong while performing this techinique?  Because if its something like death, then that sounds feasible.

But, if that’s the case then I don’t think that forming “soul constructs” sounds like a feasible idea.  And tbh, it sounds like something that the villages would consider a forbidden jutsu.

I don’t think that the third hokage would work as their teacher, since he already had taught Tsunade, Jiraiya, and Orochimaru.  And that would have kept him very busy along with Hokage duties.

I think that anyone could make for a good teacher tbh, in regards to clans.  If you want them to be someone prestigious, you could go for an ex ANBU like Kakashi.  I think that the clan they hail from doesn’t matter nearly as much as someone who has the skills to teach them more on what they are naturally talented with and help them form a good working team.

With an Uchiha, a Hyuuga, and a Senju/Sarutobi, you potentially have a Genjutsu specialist with an affinity for fire jutsu, a Taijutsu specialist that would be good for surveillance or tracking in some cases, and a wild card.  You need to think about why the Hokage would sort these three into a team together and what kind of team he expected them to be.  For example, team Gai is a taijutsu specialist team, and Team Asuma is a battle strategist team.  

When you’ve decided on how these three work together the best, give them a teacher that will lead them in that direction and teach them the skills they need to succeed.

Tobirama had protege, Hiruzen and Kagami (the two people on the council too but not as much) so I could see the other Hokage taking some as well.  I could see Minato taking on a protege too, he just seems like the friendly kind of guy, it wouldn’t even take much thought for him to accept one. To sum it up: go for it!

Having a KG or KT in itself isn’t necessarily op.  But rather its the technique of the KG or KT that makes it op if that makes sense! What you have so far sounds reasonable.
