hi so i had a question? what do u mean by he/him lesbians? because lesbians are girls who like girls so if somebody identifies as male they wouldn't be a lesbian right? sorryy ive just never heard of that so i wanted to educate myself !!
ok so we answered a similar question earlier here but i’ll go through it again for you!
so first: pronouns do not equate to gender. the idea that the traditional binary pronouns are only for those who identify with said gender is flawed and outdated. if we push for gender nonconformity, we push the same thing for pronouns.Â
second: nonbinary lesbians do exist! both of us mods are nb lesbians, and prefer he/him pronouns
third: the butch/ femme relationships that exist within the lesbian community exist to challenge the heteronormativity in society, and therefore some lesbians identifying with the butch-femme will use he/him pronouns.Â
fourth: he/him lesbians are not trans men because of the fact that they are lesbians. id suggest you check out our submission guidelines (found /gl), where we go into definitions and everything!Â

Hello, sorry if you're not the right address, but I dont fully understand how someone can be he/him and a lesbian?? This is a legit question omg, not meant as hate, I legit don't get it, so I wanted to ask if you or someone else can explain? Does that have to do with being nonbinary? I know ppl can be they/them lesbians (Im one) but isn't he/him male? Sorry for the bother and thank you for your time ;v;

not to ruin any fun here or anything but may i request the post of anasui from jojo’s bizarre adventure be removed from this blog? its just that he was canonically implied to be trans male and trans men don’t really belong on a blog about trans women, specifically lesbians. thank you
