When celebrating with Beidou, one mustn’t expect a big surprise party.

Beidou is not really used to having a big birthday party, she’s a pirate and travels a lot. In fact, Beidou is used to only really receiving one or two small things. These things can include seashells or a sword.

But when Beidou learns that it’s your birthday? Oh boy. She’s gonna get all the booze and food out, courtesy of Ningguang of course.

Chances are that she will give you a mini version of the Crux, made from either wood or stone. She wants you to have something to remember her by.

She will also let you pick an activity for the both of you. It can both be on land and on sea she loves you and wants you to be happy.

Depending on when your birthday is, she might take you to see the Lantern Rite or perhaps tour Inazuma or Mondstadt with you.

In short: Beidou loves you and wants to make every single day special for you. But your birthday is something she wants to be extra special.

Mini scenario:

Beidou looks out at you, your hair gently rustling in the wind. The day has been long and the crew is still celebrating your birthday. Holding your present in her arms, she slowly walks up to you.

“Hey,” she greets. You give a nod in return, signalling that you acknowledge her presence. You are not a person of many words and she understands that. “I thought you were out-drinking Juza in a contest.”

Beidou gives a bark of laughter. “Yeah,” she agrees; “I was. But I want to find you to give you this.” She hands you the package. It is wrapped carefully and is rather heavy. “It’s not booze right?” You raise a brow to which she snorts. “Nah: I know you don’t drink.” You unwrap it gently and see a wooden box. You open the box as well. You see an expensive porcelain plate with your older brother on it.

“You mentioned you were missing your older brother,” she begins as she rubs her neck. “So I had this commissioned from someone in Inazuma.” Beidou is about to say something more, but you cut her off by wrapping your arms around her.
