Had things just been a little different, Altras and Judrin might’ve called each other “Brother.” But Judrin lived in Metru Nui, and Altras was one of the unfortunate souls from the Southern Continent whom Karzahni twisted in his folly. Judrin believed Mata Nui had chosen him to purify his city, and Altras... well, Altras’ beliefs were just as strong, and somehow even stranger.
The crippled Ta-Matoran had made his slow, painful way across the Continents, proclaiming his message to the lost and broken Matoran he found. The Great Spirit had not rejected them—in fact, the path to salvation was available to all who dared to seek it out. Karzahni was real—he had seen him. It only followed that Artahka, the Great Creator, was real as well... and if enough Matoran sought him out with enough devotion, he would surely reveal himself, and repair the damage his brother had done. He’d attracted quite a following by the time he reached Penat Nui—as well as the label of “Heretic,” which Judrin was all-too-happy to apply.
