y’all made MoCtobeR such a blast that i just couldn’t stay away 🖤 my gift to you: a silly little bingo card to keep our creative juices from freezing over! these prompts are very mcr-friendly, but all band/music-inspired work is welcome! tag your drawings, fics, zines, photos, whatever you’d like with #TwistedWinter2025 by december 31, it absolutely makes my day to see your creations and ofc everyone gets a reblog. :) bingo achievers might even get a little surprise…….

Day 28/30 of MoCtobeR2025: THE LIGHT BEHIND YOUR EYES and FIX YOUR HEART

anoooother speedy one and it shows :,) this is basically proof of concept of what I wanted my big prompt mashup to be, i’d originally planned to draw gee and mikey performing on a stage decorated with lilies, the flower of rebirth. i totally ran out of time and the composition just wasn’t working and i got too tired to brute-force it, but!!! i’m in england right now!!! and tomorrow i’ll be in scotland!!! so i’m not allowed to be THAT mad!!!

the way brothers’ history with self-destruction is something that i’ve thought a lot about over the last few years. when i’d listen to Brother in high school, i was yet to experience that kind of anxiety, nostalgia, and fear surrounding my own sibling. their respective recoveries from addiction and subsequent THRIVING personal and professional careers bring me a lot of hope, a little extra because we’re all from new jersey. :)

witnessing this live was a religious experience and it must be drawn as such… eventually. this piece only started figuring out who she was an hour before i had to leave for work (posting this from the parking lot like a true professional) and she WILL be revisited and rendered PROPERLY.
