Uncle Scrooge, Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck and the problem with new technological devices, specifically the smartphone - Quack Pack AU - My version, my style and my short comic - My headcanon - Quack Pack - Duckverse
Even though it's over, I sure wish a happy birthday to Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck! On April 15, 1938, Donald's nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck appeared for the first time in animation in the classic short "Donald's Nephews" (although they first appeared in the comic of the same title on October 17, 1937) and since then they have certainly been one of the most important and best characters from the Duckverse. However, although the classic version is the best for me, Donald's nephews from the Quack Pack as teenagers also turned out great for me. Now, since I'm working on my version of the Quack Pack AU soon, I did a short drawing where Huey, Dewey, and Louie Duck go to Uncle Scrooge and show him the new tech stuff that Uncle Scrooge is interested in, until he realizes that it's a lot of idiocy. Because you know, Uncle Scrooge doesn't like new technological things because after all he is a man of the nineteenth century, not the twenty-first! However, seeing what his grand-nephews were doing to him, he decided to try it too, but to no avail. And there are reactions from Scrooge McDuck and Donald's nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck. For those who can't see what my drawing says, it goes like this:
Scrooge McDuck: Kills me bagpipes! What is this stupid device where it takes my fingers to squeeze this window in this little TV?! BAH HUMBUG! Dewey Duck: Uncle Scrooge, it's actually a mobile phone, actually a smartphone, not a TV, and you use can use it to watch anything and make calls through the camera behind the mobile. Huey Duck (he opens his mouth, but says it in his mind): Uncle Scrooge is a big alpha boomer!
It's a shame that Scrooge McDuck didn't appear in Quack Pack, but still in my version of Quack Pack (Quack Pack AU), Scrooge is definitely present and unlike Ducktales, he's more bastard and unscrupulous than before, otherwise it's based more on comics, where his character is like that. However, that doesn't mean that he can't hang out with teenage boys, it's just that the times are totally different from when Scrooge lived through his teenage years (during which no one even mentioned puberty). This is definitely how I picture Scrooge McDuck wearing a tartan kilt, otherwise check out my previous drawing of Scrooge with Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck in the Quack Pack version: Scrooge McDuck and Huey, Dewey and Louie in Quack Pack - Ducktales and Quack Pack AU - My redraw and my style - Duckverse
I hope you like this comic, these characters and this idea of mine, I just apologize for some mistakes I made.
If you like this drawing and these characters, feel free to like and reblog this, just don't copy these same ideas of mine without mentioning me! Thank you! And happy late birthday to Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck!
