This fic idea is more vibes than actual ideas, but let’s use the last of this glitter pen to figure it out. Basically, OP Naruto is omnipotent. He is in the throws of trying to give Kakashi a perfect life… With mixed results. Some of the many ways he tries to give Kakashi this:

Keep Sakumo alive.

Make Sakumos mission succeed.

Keeping Kakashi's OC mother alive.

Keeping Rin alive.

Keeping Obito alive.

Never letting Kakashi acquire the sharingan.

No war!

Keeping Kushina & Minato alive.

Not letting Minato become Hokage.

Turn himself into a dog, join Kakashi's pack.

Be one of Kakashi's peers.

Be Kakashis teacher.

Tell Kakashi he would do anything for him.

Tell Kakashi he will give him 3 Wishes.

Make Kakashis life perfect.

Let Kakashi's life be how it is, but with emotional support.

Basically, with timetravel, just going back to change the story. Frustratingly, he can't actually seem to give Kakashi a good life, no matter how hands on or hands off he is. Even telling one of the many iterations of Kakashi what he's doing doesn’t help.

Particular focus on an attempt where Naruto takes the place of Minato as Kakashi's teacher, Where he actually teaches and not every mission goes perfectly. It's a very good attempt.

Another significant moment is Naruto confiding in Minato, and then travelling back and accidentally bringing Minato back for his next attempt.

For Kakashi, he seldom knows whats on, except in the perfect life versions where he eventually gets unnerved. He is at the whim of Naruto's various attempts. He acts a little differently for every person still alive in his life:

No ichaicha if Sakumo lives.

Less mask if his mother lives.

Cooler / Smarter if Obito lives. (counterpart)

Kinder / on time if Rin lives.

Loyaler / Capable if Minato lives.

Naruto's motives aren't meant to be selfish. He's not doing this so that Kakashi ends his arms, and is… Okay with him dating/ romancing other people. While Naruto is more than happy to be romantic / sexual with Kakashi, it really is about giving his most important person, who suffered so much, a better life.

(It may also have something to do with Naruto fleeing in the in the face of his yawning existence.)

In this verse, the students of team 7 all presented as alpha. Especially amusing given their teacher is the only Omega Jonin teacher in Konoha. Despite his disdain for alpha, he's known them for a few years before they present at 15, and they manage to make it work. Sasuke doesn't leave Konoha, and the Itachi aspect of his life is barely touched on.

The fic focuses in on Kakashi as he approaches his 35/40th birthday. Shizune flags him to be benched because, as an unmated omega without a stable partner, he was approaching a drastic hormonal event - Heat at the Nth degree. Omega were capable of grievous bodily harm and property damage as they hunted down the closest alpha, their oozing hormones sure to drive the vicinity wild. In all her wisdom, she grudgingly agrees to let Kakashi weather it, but she demands he have an alpha on hand that he could turn to should his will give out. Enter, Uzumaki Naruto.

Kakashi's most empathetic student, hard headed but kind, eternally determined and guaranteed to go to any length to keep his own needs in check. Recently back from a naval tour where he's sure to have gotten his fill of omega, Naruto agrees to help in a heartbeat. Of course, he says, so much sex at sea, and restraint too!

Only... Naruto lies. He lies, because he can't bear the thought of his long-time crush turning to someone else in his time of need. Can't imagine his omega sensei letting someone else into his apartments during his, heat, can't imagine anyone else as capable as he in ignoring that delicious scent. In over his head, he doesn't care - No one else could do this.

Heat 1:

Getting acclimated to Kakashi’s cloying scent, his proximity, the ever-present buzz of his heat quelling toys from the bedroom, is hard. It's no surprise he ends up with his nose in Kakashi's soiled clothes as he helps around the apartment. He seizes any momentary relief he can get when Kakashi has him drowning. It only takes a few meals for Kakashi to work it out through his haze - Naruto is a virgin, which is not something heard of after naval tour. Why, though? I... I like someone he says. I'm saving myself for them! Kakashi respects that neither of them wants sex from this, but that doesn't stop them. In the end, Naruto eats Kakashi out on the couch, savouring every moment.

Heat 2:

Kakashi gets the wild hair to tease his alpha guest, right when Naruto thinks he's getting the hang of this. Complaining of dead batteries, Naruto is lured into the bedroom, where Kakashi mounts him as Naruto manually plunders him with a toy, caught beneath the majestic, writhing man that doesn't trust him to be on top. Finished, Kakashi stays there as Naruto rubs one out, and Kakashi finally instigates a kiss. Guilty, a bit, because Naruto was interested in someone else, he tries to justify how minimally they are actually touching.

This fic would be set in the Boruto era, though when the kids are a little younger. In this verse, Kakashi has been romantically interested in Naruto since he came of age, but hasn't done anything and Naruto still married Hinata and had kids.

Life is progressing normally until three key people in Naruto's life - Hanabi, Shikamaru, and Kakashi - each separately notice that something doesn't seem right in the Uzumaki household. Aunt Hanabi notices Himawari isn't nearly as bright and bubbly as her brother and suspects Naruto of sexist favoritism. Shikamaru notices the clipped way Naruto talks about his "perfect" home life, and hates his own conclusion that Naruto might be abusive or controlling. Kakashi notices a complete lack of physical intimacy between Naruto and Hinata when they are seen in public and concludes, knowing Naruto, that Hinata might be physically abusive. With three sharp prongs suddenly poking at the Uzumaki clan image, things quickly deteriorate.

Told from a mix of Naruto and Kakashi's POVs, the fics catalyst is Naruto being cornered by Kakashi and forced to bare the truth. There's no sex, no intimacy, in the relationship. Naruto is treated like a king at home, prohibited from lifting a finger, and the children perpetually kept from bothering him. He sleeps alone in a luxurious master bed because Hinata can't sleep beside him. She controls every second of his home life, ferrying him from door to table to bath to bed as a perfect, demure housewife. He's never felt so alone. Naruto grudgingly confides in Kakashi, laughing off his theory that Hinata was abusive - How could she physically abuse him if she never touched him?

Kakashi's heart breaks for his wayward student, and he can no longer stay his hand, determined to grace Naruto with the love and intimacy he's always deserved, starting with a singular, heartfelt smooch. Naruto balks at first, steadfast and committed to his wife and vows. It takes days, but Kakashi easily cracks, then shatters, his resolve. Guilty but enlightened, Naruto tums to confront his new reality.

Hinata's problems:

Cannot handle physical intimacy with Naruto.

Drank hard liquor to spread her legs for childrens

conception, guiding Naruto to do little more than use her hole - no cuddling or kissing or anything - then fleeing.

Obsessed with perfect wife image.

Reveres Naruto and, subsequently. Boruto.

Reviles Himawari or any female taking Narutos attention.

Becomes obsessed with finding out who Naruto's other woman is, completely ignoring Kakashi /men.

Tries to sway Naruto into making a third child.

The plot follows Naruto giving into Kakashi and figuring out how to safely extricate Hinata from his and their children's lives. He has to navigate betraying her as the extent of her illnesses effects become apparent. Colluding with Hanabi and Hizashi to get her committed before she can hurt anyone, especially Daddy's little girl, Himawari. Naruto has to race against time to keep everyone he loves safe, but will his wife let him?

Other notes:

Naruto really tries to fight Kakashi - it goes against all of his morals to cheat on his wife.

Just one, smouldering kiss cuts through his shields.

One kiss > Makeout + frotting > Body worship penetrative smut, bottom Naruto > Exploration + Experimentation smut, top Naruto.

Naruto only finds out how the first two were conceived when Hinata tries for the third and is devastated. It's a messy night, and Naruto has to turn her down, crushing Hinata and cementing her suspicion of another woman, while destroying her self-image.

Himawari has a bad time.

Boruto raised to be an entitled shit.
