Do they have programmers, artists and animators, a fully written story and dialogue to base gameplay off of, voice actors, testers, musicians, all necessary equipment, and the budget to account for all of the above?

Because this is starting to remind me a lot of the “Ms. Officer and Mr. Truffles” controversy that happened on Kickstarter. Granted, the people who pop in and out to talk about it haven’t said anything about money, but that’s the thing - I just see one or two people pop up here or there like “Hey, wouldn’t it be great if this was a real game? We could make this a real game!” and have already contacted cryaotic about it, since Deo said they imagined him being the voice actor for Darren, one of the characters in the games. Goodness knows how much Markiplier has been messaged about it, since Deo wants him to voice the lead character, Vince. 

It was a bit of a scam I guess!The people who were gonna make it barely paid their staff or refused to pay in time, causing a lot of people working on it to quit. The kickstarter they made had terms where if they didn’t get enough and decided to cancel it, they could keep the money! Basically that makes people not wanna give them the money, because they could just cancel it and take the money people paid. Then also most of the money they would have collected with the kickstarter would have been used to make merchandise and not on the animation itself. Also many staff members quit because they felt like they were bossed around too much.

IN SHORT: There was a huge risk for it being a scam and most of the staff quit because they weren’t treated well.
