bon dance - i love bon odori and all but bon dance s u c k s . it took way too many attempts for me to even get a just ok. who looked at the “dondo panpa panpa dondo don pan pan”’s and was like “yeah this’ okay”?

lockstep - okay hear me out. i like lockstep. it has good music and i can see why people like it. but as a game? it sucks and i hate it. i cannot switch beats for the life of me, the music never helps me in keep-the-beat games so i can’t even use that (if i listen to the music i end up focusing on it too much and missing an input,,, that happened with flock step in fever,,, i listened to the music during the zoom out so when it paused i missed the input,,, it hurt), and after hearing lockstep noises for like ten minutes you get kind of tired and are just like “okay rupert please take my fucking coins and let me leave-”.

frog hop - oh my god i hate frog hop. though there’s undeniably a worse game than it. i can get the skill star i’m pretty sure but passing it? impossible.

jumpin’ jazz - JUMPIN’ JAZZ IS THE WORST RHYTHM HEAVEN GAME, PERIOD. NO CONTEST. I HATE IT SO FUCKING MUCH. SAYING IT’S THE WORST GAME IS SOMETHING BECAUSE I’VE PLAYED POLYRHYTHM 2. IT IS THE TRUE EMBODIMENT OF RHYTHM HELL. I HATE IT SO FUCKING MUCH.

speaking of though, polyrhythm 2 - rhythm purgatory. enough said.

animal acrobat, jungle gymnast, and literally any other game where you have to hold and release a button (specifically the a-button) - fucking impossible in citra. sometimes it’ll just decide i released the button when i didn’t. i could do jungle gymnast and animal acrobat, i did good at animal acrobat with simple tap (i used it for airboarder too because i was like “tap controls probably don’t have input lag-”), but with button controls, which is what i’m going to use in remixes? fucking impossible. why is animal acrobat in final remix twice,,, (animal acrobat and jungle gymnast both appear, same with frog hop and jumpin’ jazz, bUT AT LEAST I CAN DO FROG HOP SINCE IT TRANSITIONS FROM FLOCK STEP SO I ALREADY HAVE THE BEAT. WITH JUMPIN’ JAZZ IT COMES FROM FUCKING COSMIC RHYTHM RALLY)

i’m good at fever (i only have like five superbs left), why the fuck do i suck at ds so much??? i haven’t even gotten to any keep the beat games cuz rhds barely has any (there’s like. space soccer maybe. and lockstep. and that’s about it. ninety percent of everything else is a repeat after me game because someone on the development team was obsessed with torturing people with moai do-wop and shoot-’em-up dear god why are they in the same set???)- and those are usually my problem-
