Time ticks over so fast.

My palms are sweaty, my mind is a blur.

THINK RAE.

1,2,3,4,5…

Concentrate on him.

I can’t see. My eyes are to thick with tears.

THINK RAE.

6,7,8,9,10…

Breath, you can do it.

Put your hands on his chest. He is right there look at him.

I can hear him talking, but his words are mumbled.

Slow down mind.

He’s touching my face, think of his sft hands.

Ok, ok you can see him. He’s so beautiful.

Count back from ten.

10.. 9… 8… 7… 6… 5…

I can feel my breath slowing down now.

4… 3… 2… 1…

I can understand him now.

“Rae, Rae just breath. I’m here. I won’t leave you”

His voice is like an angel.

Think of happy thoughts.

“Good Rae good”

He’s hugging me, his breath on my neck.

I did it, I made it though.

Because of him.

“Finn…”

“Yeah girl, I’m here”

“Sorry for this… I don’t know what happened”

“Don’t ever say sorry for that, you can’t help it. No need to say sorry”

“I love you Finn”

“I love you too ms. Earl”

His kiss.. His love.. That’s all I need.
