So there I was, ready for Mystic Messenger again. I open the app, am greeted by the same “CHERITSEU” and I just wait for the start screen to open and...

I was greeted by THIS.

So I was like, “something feels off... OH, THE START BUTTON CHANGED”

And then...

When I saw this I was really starting to brace myself because what? WHAT IS GOING ON I DON’T REMEMBER UPDATING THE APP WHAT IS THIS MY WORLD IS ENDING━

But the mini versions of them up there are so CUTE AND WE NOW FINALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY’RE REALLY SAYING WHENEVER THE MAIN HOME SCREEN STARTS SO THANK YOU, CHERITZ

And this, my friends, is what gave me a heart attack.

Everything changed, guys, aND THE MC IS PART OF THE LINE-UP OMGOMGOMGOMG

Just look at that, iT ALL LOOKS SO COOL LIKE AN ACTUAL MESSAGING APP━

And the messages, the call logs, the call format, even the settings.

All changed.

(This call hurt a lot ^)

And what I did was I FLOODED OUR GROUP CHAT WITH CURSES (I’m sorry, I was just really shocked ;-;) AND I KEPT FREAKING OUT BECAUSE wHAT

IT LOOKS SO MUCH BETTER LOOK AT SEVEN LOOKING SO FIENFDINSINDIQJAISEFCTRXSFDTNBHTGVRFCD

just loOK AT THAT LOCK ON THE MAX SPEED BUTTON━

...I may have overreacted but... still.

I won’t deny that I really miss the old version, I’ve spent my whole life looking at that, but this new update feels more... like an actual messaging app. It has the main features that make it seems less like it’s just a game, plus it looks so simple yet so futuristic.

It looks so SPACEY.

Everything about it gives me off 707 vibes, it feels like every part of it is shouting “Let’s marry at the space station!” (*snort* like you still even have to ask)

And just, thank you, Cheritz, for always giving us the best you guys have to offer. It’s been a year since they first launched this app, and they still continue to add up new features, updates, DLCs, new merchandise━all for us.

They continue to put a lot of effort in their work, to make us happy, and they’re damn good at that. Everything, the hard work, the effort, you can see it in what they give us.

And I’m happy.
