 Sighing softly in very quiet frustration, he wandered through the various crowds, grabbing the nearest person he could and tapping on their shoulder. “Hey. Can you help me figure out where I’m supposed to be sitting? Please? I can’t read the seating plan.”

Food, food, and more food! 

Cocktail Hour: Tons of carnival inspired foods! Corn Dogs, BBQ Chicken, Corn on the Cob, Baked beans, Mac N Cheese balls, and Coleslaw! 

Dinner:

Salad: Mesclun Geens w/ Teardrop tomatoes and Balsamic Vegetables. Includes Fresh baked rolls served with honey butter rosettes. 

Entree: Chicken Saltimboca. Served w/ a creamy lemon sage sauce over a Spanish risotto. 

Oven Roasted N.Y. Sirloin topped with a green peppercorn Brandy cream sauce served with roasted yukon gold potatoes. 

Chilean Sea Bass with Porcini Mushroom Powder and a Tarragon Cream Sauce. 

Vegetarian: Stuffed Portabella Mushroom With Artichokes and Asiago Cheese And a Roasted Red Pepper Sauce.

Vegan:  Cous Cous & Quinoa Blend with Sweet Peppers & Toasted Almonds

Also, don’t forget to pick up a Coke and a bag of popcorn and some animal crackers for the party animal in all of you!
