Here I am with another lot! Today is a recreation center/gym that I made specially for my hood, but you of course can use it wherever you’d like! It uses minimal cc (7 objects). It features a basketball court, soccer field, sauna, full gym, yoga/ballet room, pool, and more that I’m probably forgetting about.

Today I have a park meant for my custom hood, Monument Landing! Of course you can use it in any hood you want, but I built it with this in mind!

Hey everyone! Long time no talk, I’m sorry about that, I’ve been super busy! Hope you’re all doing well!

Today I bring you a small little collection of apartments! The amazing Cindy of PleasantSims inspired me to do a hood like she is with Knutley, and I realized I needed apartments to get started! I wasn’t really looking forward to building them but I figured I could create something with hers in mind that other people could use so they didn’t have to build some, or if you just want apartments for your existing hood, however you’d like to use them!

These are “mini apartments” each with one bedroom one bathroom, a balcony, and a large kitchen/living/dining space with plenty of room for additional things like desks or illegitimate children, whatever you desire! I built one cc free version, and four cc versions (Only using the bespoke set). There are 4 units in each lot, and with the halved apartment rent mod I use, they only cost 572 Simoleans! They are not furnished but come with the fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. The 4 cc versions are all varied by color and plants/trees so if you do use all 4 in one hood, they don’t look too repeated. All interiors in each of the buildings are the exact same (except the maroon one which has different floor colors).

All lots are cleaned with the lot cleaner and clean uploader, no sim has ever set foot in these! These were built with the Ultimate Collection, if that makes any difference. 

*As I am typing this up I realize I forgot to put a sink in the kitchens but I cannot be bothered to take new pics and repackage the lots so just beware you will need to do this lol
