New steekers!!

1.6L burnout

So after looking at the broken exhaust hanger I decided I didn't wanna mess with it. I've replaced cat backs and exhaust parts on other cars and it sucks every time, it's not something that's FUN to do... It's also a pain in the ASS without a lift! I took the car into my friend / mechanic who put it RIGHT up which was nice because I was able to take a detailed look underneath.... That was a mixed emotions kinda thing, but that's a WHOLE nother post.... We ended up finding TWO hangers broken. We were able to fix them quickly and cheap which was JUST what I was looking for! Another buddy of mine taught me something before I went.... I DIDN'T know that the focus (at least MK1) has a one piece exhaust.... Yes. ONE piece exhaust.... So at the factory when they're building the car they put a big long exhaust system on the car, bolt it on, aaaaaaand then but the rear subframe on RIGHT on top of it..... My friend described it perfectly, "it's like a model car..." If you used to build model cars you know EXACTLY what I mean! So I'm REAL happy we didn't have to replace the full system! The replacement is 2 piece (we checked) and you have to cut the old one to get it out.... It's a great design in terms of cutting cost..... but NOTHING else.
