Physical Health: Megan’s physical health is better than her mental health, the main things to happen to Megan’s body being scars from fights, stretch marks (Megan’s always had stretch marks due to her being a bigger woman, but after her pregnancy, she’s had far more), and the things that her body went through during her pregnancy.

Mental Health: Megan’s mental health hasn’t always been the greatest. Ever since she can remember, Megan has suffered from her insecurities, which have their roots in her anxiety and depression. It wasn’t until she met Shang Tsung that her anxiety and depression was brought down a peg, though not by much, as she often doubts herself.

Backstory:

(Tbh, I have mixed feelings about Megan's backstory, but I hope y'all enjoy 💙)

Like pretty much all her AUs and past timeline, Megan lived a pretty cozy and normal life.

After finishing college, Megan decided to move out of her mother’s house and move to China.

Megan had first gone during a college trip to learn about the folklore and mythology there.

Megan grew to love the place, learning the language and all to prepare herself for when she could finally move there.

Once Megan has moved in, Megan decides to walk around the town a little, saying hello to neighbors and such.

While walking amongst the town, Megan stumbles upon some sort of festival.

At the festival, Megan happens to meet a handsome shopkeeper, who was selling some sort of potions and stuff.

At first Megan’s intention was to just stroll by, seeing if there was anything interesting that he was selling. Megan was about to leave, not seeing too much of interest to her, until the shop’s owner stepped out.

“See anything of interest, my dear?” The shop owner's voice catches Megan’s attention, causing her to look up, blushing at his appearance (Shang is in his younger appearance).

“Umm… Now that you mention it, I think I do…” Megan blushes, trying her best at flirting.

Megan’s flirting seems to work (at least somewhat) as the shopkeeper smirks.

The two then talk for a bit, Megan explaining her time in the U.S. and why she moved, and stuff like that.

“You know, my house isn’t that far from here if you ever want to visit, Shang Tsung.”
