Ingredients: 1 pre-made tart crust. 1 cup mixed fresh fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, and raspberries. 1/2 cup apricot jam. 1 tablespoon water. Fresh mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. Bake the tart crust according to package instructions until golden brown, then let it cool completely. Arrange the mixed fruits decoratively on top of the cooled tart crust. In a small saucepan, heat the apricot jam and water over medium heat until melted and smooth, then brush it over the arranged fruits. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh mint leaves just before serving.
