Just before we went upstairs for my final number. I look tired. I was honestly somewhere between trying not to cry, exhaustion, and being nervous for my boys. It's such an emotional moment, being on that stage as a competitor. I remember what it felt like when they didn't say my name, and I will never forget what it felt like when they did. 365 days of emotions are what you see on that face. I'm thankful that my baby was willing to walk me on stage for my final moments, an thankful that I have such a supportive and loving partner, to put up with me living my dream for the last year. Even if he did want to stab me when he realized what song he was walking me out to... lol. I'm so thankful for the last year, and excited for the next adventures. I made it.
