with the caveat that i only gave Dani the Great And Powerful a rough sketch of what i thought, and a lot’s gonna depend on her:
A: what I think realistically
thea teaching kira how to steal was very much a game for both of them
B: what I think is fucking hilarious
thea has a deep and (she thinks) embarrassing fondness for children. she’s really really good with kids guys. it’s the weirdest thing for kira to watch
C: what is heart-crushing and awful but fun to inflict on friends
I'm relatively new to the fandom but you are an absolute sweetheart and I fully support what you said about the ships. You seem like a sweet, nice person and don't worry about people being jerks.

I had a dream about DE, where I ran into Teara and some other DE people in RL, and we were starting DE as, like, a tabletop game sort of thing. I remember playing Val vocally.
Now I’ve got all kinds of DE nostalgia. ‘Tis the season, I guess. Tumblr won’t let me @mention Teara.

*HEAVY BREATHING* in the course of trying to get that Good Ending the game will give some tricky choices that will lead u to either the 3rd bad end or the good end.
silver still becomes the new rocket leader. its just up to you to make sure he becomes the new Sane Boss

[the Japanese folklore mentioned in the story is real and can be read more about here if anyone’s interested]
distractions
It wasn't the first night Allura had found Shiro in the mess hall. She knew by now that it was nightmares―of his time in the Galra prison, the fighting ring, losing his arm―that forced him to seek refuge somewhere, anywhere, to escape the hell inside in his head. Sometimes, he'd share snippets, tiny glimpses more than anything else, but most of the time he was silent, and she would tell him stories of her people's lore and history.
"It's a good distraction," he had said, when she had gathered the courage to ask why he enjoyed listening so much. "I need distractions."
She supposed it was as good an answer as any, and it continued to be one, as she came upon Shiro with his metal arm mussing his hair. "Can't sleep?" she asked, lightly resting her hand on his shoulder for a moment. He let out a confirming grunt, and she took a seat next to him, pulling his hand out of his hair before gently smoothing it down.
He managed a weak, tired smile. "Thank you, princess."
She drew her hand away, letting it drop onto his warm, flesh hand, giving his fingers a squeeze. "What would you like to hear tonight?"
He curled his fingers around hers. "How about I tell you a story for once?" he said, meeting her eyes.
Allura blinked, taken aback, but then she smiled. "That would certainly be welcome, Shiro."
He yawned before beginning, but told her the story of a boy born from a heavenly blessed peach, known as Momotarō, raised by mortals, who befriended animals turned allies in his quest to defeat the demons pillaging the countryside. Allura was a good audience, reacting at all the right parts, brilliantly expressive, and she smiled as she listened―Earthling culture and mythology was so different, so varied, yet coming from such a small planet, it was fascinating. Shiro yawned again when he was done, and he gazed back at her, a softness in his eyes.
"Did you like it?" he said.
"Very much," she assured him. Their hands were still touching. "I only hope it was a suitable distraction for you as well."
Shiro took her hand properly in his. "No," he replied, and she frowned. He brushed his lips over her knuckles before letting go and rising from the table. "But you certainly are."
He left with a smile on his face, her cheeks a bright red...and a small smile playing across her lips as well.
