For a moment, Jade was taken back to her training days. Normally, she acted like it was nothing, as she was the cold-hearted killer those days molded her to be. But no person could go through that without being absolutely scarred.
She was covered in cold sweats, and her breaths rapid. When she began to come to, she saw someone above her. Bright red hair was evident. On instinct, the commander kicked the person off. Then like a cat on the prowl, pounce on the person, grabbing their neck. “What the fuck do you think you’re doing?!”
