Salty Miss Squiggles is best Miss Squiggles xD But on a serious note, I loved seeing my baes interact, but I’m glad I’m not the only one who was a little irritated with the lack of Oscar in the past two episodes. Not even Rosegarden cause y'know, I'm not gonna beg for shipping moments. I know ships aren't high priority with the RWBY plot. (Plus I'm still riding off the high of that Rosegarden talk in chapter 5 so I'm good for now. XD) I want to see oscar as OSCAR. Please CRWBY thats all I ask.
Plus, it was alluded to that oscar is playing a big role in this volume. He's in the opening. He's on the poster, he was in the trailer. He WAS a focus in earlier episodes. So what's going on now? Why so little of him now? So far vol 5 has been doing alright in my book, so I'm still holding out the hope that the CRWBY is building up to something big. But you made an excellent point. Us Oscar fans want to see OSCAR. As Oscar. It doesn't really count if it's just Ozpin talking THROUGH Oscar.

But exactamundo m’fellow RWBY fan. I seriously hope the remaining 7 episodes of Volume 5 will feature more Oscar. NOT OZ-car.

Ozpin, you so old as balls you make the dinosaurs look like millennials, m’man. (Don’t get me wrong, I really do like Ozpin as a character too however the fandom joke that he is indeed old as balls will never stop being funny to me).
Nor do I want the manchild version of him that they like to chuck in our faces from time to time,, either.
I don’t care if the Entire Kingdom of Vale calls him daddy too, I want OSCAR. THE OSCAR PINE. GIVE US THE BEAN!

But seriously, jokes aside, I really hope for more Oscar development moving forward this volume. While I still favour Chapter 5 too and rewatch it nearly every day for that beautiful RoseGarden conversation, I meant what I said when I said I was starved for more moments like that in the show.
I’m really hoping that Chapter 8 and beyond will give us proud Oscar fans the satisfaction of watching our boi grow more as a character. Really hoping.
