It's a mirid plant bug, and probably one in the genus Pseudoloxops. They're not common in the US and are usually found in Europe and Asia but they are plant feeders so it's not surprising they occasionally make their way to the US via plants.

i was taking a walk and sat down on a bench, then saw this adorable lil dude crawling on my leg!! im pretty sure its a nymph of some kind of mirid/plant bug
Taylorilygus apicalis is an unassuming little mirid also commonly known as a broken-backed bug. this name comes from its weirdly bent wings, which you can kinda see in this pic if you know what you're looking for, but given the angle i took it from it could also refer to that gamer stance. this thing is lucky it physically can't live to 30
