About MI Paste Plus
So my dentist gave me MI Paste Plus, which is like the one on the right besides I got it in Mint! (My favorite! :D). It has both flouride and milk proteins (???) and my dentist said it'll help prevent demineralization. It was $10 from my dentist but the price yours has it at may vary. It says to apply it with your fingertip or q-tip, but I just end up getting it all over my gums/mouth so I squeeze a little bit on to my toothbrush and use that. You use it after you've brushed/rinsed.Â
