Courageous Cat and Minute Mouse were characters created in 1960 by Bob Kane and Gerald J. Rappaport designed as parodies of Batman and Robin.
The duo worked out of the Catcave, drove a Catmobile (which could transform into the Catplane or Catboat), and they were summoned to Empire City by the Catsignal.
Courageous Cat had hidden in his cape a nigh-unlimited supply of specialty guns that could shoot things like rope, water, parachutes, boxing gloves - basically anything the story called for at the moment. Minute Mouse, in the meantime was just a whiny little b****.
In the course of their 130 5-minute episodes they battled a motley array of animal villains, although they most often battled The Frog, a gangster who spoke like actor Edward G. Robinson.
