So I’ve taken up the new hobby of yoga. And let me tell you, it’s been a life changer. I use to smoke a pack a day and I quit that cold turkey. But my cravings were insane so I started to yogi. Ive movesd my nicotine addiction to become meditation movement. I’ve never felt so strong in flexible in my life!! This here is the making of the crane pose. It’s hard as hell seeing as my arm strength is junk. But I did it, I pushed myself and got it down!
