✨ NEW STUDIO ORIGINAL ✨ · 🌷 Treehouse Vase - handmade in England. · Limited first batch available now (shipping next week) ✨-> dshott.co.uk/treehouse ✨-> dshott.etsy.com · · · · · · · This is absolutely epic launch for us. I conceptualised this WAY BACK in 2014, and a company showed interest in licensing the design from me and producing it themselves. After a couple of years of waiting, they eventually said "...nah" (FML), so from the beginning of this year we've been developing and planning how to produce it ourselves. The base is hand-cast, the grass sheet is hand-cut, and the little wooden tree house's themselves are hand-assembled in 6 labourious stages of gluing, all by us. A huge about of time, investment, mental and physical work has gone into these pieces, so I really hope they go down well in the run up to Christmas and beyond. Dream. I made this little treehouse when I was in the middle of my teens. Back then it had a big branch sticking out with even more branches. It was suppose to be a mini tree house, those you find on Pinterest and dream of when you're a kid. A real house with a tree growing inside & a secret playhouse at the top of the tree, where you'd meet with all your friends. Oh yeah. The tree was later on tossed out by my mom, when I wasn't home, hrmph. But I guess I was about time (it wasn't very handy & took up quite the space), but I did keep this gem & it reminds me of my early days, the beginning of my dreams. Dreams I'm pursuing. It's hard. It's tough. I often feel like I'm going nowhere, but I'm not gonna stop. & I can't wait to see where this takes me. (Hah, it rhymed! 🙈) What kind of dreams are you pursuing at the moment?
