he doesn’t get jealous easily, most things don’t even get to him much

it’s not that he doesn’t care he just trusts you a lot, if he was to get jealous it would probably be of the other person like they’re wasting your time when he’s trying to talk to you

or showing off for no good reason when he’s right there and they’re still flirting with you

when he is jealous it’s mostly just icy glares to whoever is irritating him, it usually gets them to back off if they still continue on he just walks off with you because he can’t believe he sat there and let himself get jealous and the person was really irritating him

he does get jealous! but not as often because the elves are aware y’all are together and he mainly spends his time with them so they wouldn’t do him like that and he thinks it’s a real pain

but there are times when he wants to nap with you and someone is taking up all your time and he’s fighting to stay awake waiting for you and he sees you laughing with someone else

he doesn’t even feel like getting up because like he says “it’s a pain” but he really wanted to spend time with you so he just walked up to the person, scooped you up and just walked off with you in his arms towards his favorite napping spot

he does indeed get jealous and it turns into a little competition with the person he’s jealous of even though it’s completely one sided

also a little scary when he’s jealous so most folks tend to avoid making him jealous because he will not hesitate to fight

he took the beef very seriously and once he beat the competitor he rushed to the hospital with everyone else

he was nervous in the waiting room his leg was bouncing and he couldn’t even focus on the game he brought to keep him distracted

you walked down the hall and the others turned their head in the direction of footsteps anticipating your arrival “so my arm is broken you guys, can’t even lie it hurt like hell.”

“i was told there were puppies, where are my babies?” the interview gets cut to the next scene as the sound of you giggling fades into the background

“what about you nanami?” a cast member called from behind the camera. nanami picked up the puppy with a grin and looked at you with a mischievous glint in his eyes “ken it’s not what i think it is is it…”

“we were on set and there was some optical illusion set up to make it look like the building was high up when it wasn’t. y/n wasn’t really paying attention when they said this and they led them up the steps.” you buried your face in your hands in embarrassment “so they walked forward and misstepped and fell off the prop, they were panicking and screaming but they landed on the mat a few feet off the floor.” he finished while laughing.

you picked up one of the puppies and stroked their fur “you wouldn’t treat me like this would you?”

“sorry dear.” nanami said while chuckling

does most of his morning captain duties in bed because he snuggled up with you the night before and you're still asleep, but if it's something he has to get out of bed for he kisses your forehead before he leaves

whenever you get a bounty update he either throws a big party for you or comforts you about it if you're freaking out about it right before the party. either way, he still throws you a party and shows off your bounty poster the whole night

the first time he caught you in his coat he leaned on the doorframe with a grin on his face, "you look better in it than i do" he laughed when you freaked out after hearing his voice, now you wear it when you seek comfort and it's huge so it's like a giant blanket

if you're a fighter he would make you a weapon instead of you using a sword or blacksmith weapon, he would do daily checks on it because he doesn't want it breaking on you in the middle of a battle and if you can do it yourself he will hover over your shoulder and flirt with you a bit

if you're an engineer like him he shares his workshop with you, you have your own workbench and he always asks what you're making and if you're making him something he will smirk at you while in reality he's kinda geekin

after the battle with shanks he was the little spoon once because he was upset and you wrapped your arms around him to comfort him, kinda liked being the little spoon but he won't admit it is pride won't let him
