M3 EmThree - MINI SYNTH
"
This device sounds like wild synthesised octaver and has 2 very sturdy belt clips at the underside.
Heart of this device is the SAJ110 Red version op amp, which used to be fitted in 70's synthesizers."

My low key go-to, goat, savage, slaying synth: Roland SE-02 Despite the fact it's monophonic and people say it sounds like the Model D, (which it doesn't, everything has its own character) it has some of the most versatility I've ever seen. The fact that they fit so much in such a small package just makes life easier for people like me who are always on the go. And it has midi i/o, a small little keyboard on the front so you're able to play it anywhere. It has a ton of presets. Almost enough til you'll find what you're gonna need without having to make any tweaks! I love just messing around with this synth.

NOVATION MINI NOVA
Modern synthesizers, even with the amount of function they have added to them have much to keep up with – especially when compared to synthesizers built in the past. Old synthesizers were expensive, bulky, and hard to maintain; but they produced awesome sound, the type of sound that modern devices have tried to emulate. Sometimes they are successful and other times they fall short. What modern synthesizers DO celebrate, however, is their size and form. The same amount of processing power can be had in a fraction of the space and a fraction of the price. There are certain limitations that they must work around, like the apparent size differences and the missing keys on the keyboard. The microKorg has been a treasure for many who perform live and produce at the same time. They aren’t the only contenders in this market though. Novation, who has been around for a pretty good while as well, has also transitioned from making pure synth based keyboard to MIDI controlled keyboard and MIDI controllers. Even with this transition, they haven’t forgotten about the complexities of building a good and powerful synthesizer. Their Mini Nova is the latest rendition of this philosophy and definitely looks the part as well. http://djmag.com/content/tech-review-novation-mini-nova

Tiny Analog Synthesizers Are the Most Adorable
Well, these new itty-bitty analog synthesizers from Korg are just so cute I want to gobble them up. And from the demo video above, it sounds like the three Volca series keyboards are lovely little groove machines you might want to use, too.
The synthesizers come in three Volca flavors: Keys (for leads), Bass (for bass lines, duh), and Beats (a drum machine). Pick the one that suits your style, or patch them together into a neat little music assembly line.
The synths both make the funky sounds and have built-in 16-step sequencers so you can use them to make simple beats on the fly.
At 7.61 inches x 4.54 inches each of the synths is smaller than an Apple bluetooth keyboard, they each weigh less than a pound, and they’re powered by six AA batteries. For a $150, these bundles of beats might be hard to resist. [Korg]
