Could you tell me if this is in bad taste for a LotR oc? I'm fairly new to this fandom, but I wanted to give it a shot.... An orphaned elf child was found by a group of rangers and was raised by them. Because of her lifespan, she continued to live through the generations of rangers in that particular group. And because she was raised by humans, she doesn't know much about or care for elven culture. And I believe she will be a thief/ranger mix. Would you say she's passable?

Hi, I was planning on submitting an oc for an outfit/character review, but I don't really like putting my art on the internet. Would it be possible for me to submit a picture of my oc, and you delete it, but post a review on it? Or if it would be possible to get a private review on her outfit? I'd really appreciate it =] I'm ok with her general review being posted, I'm just a bit paranoid about art theft and all that

When you review ocs, what all do you look for in the bio? I know some reviewers who like detail, and others who only want the basics. Also, is it possible for all the mods to give their input, or is it only just one? I'm planning on submitting an oc for review soon, and I'm able to take criticism well. I care more about fixing what might be wrong than getting my feelings hurt

Hi, this is just a suggestion, but why don't you direct the askers of OC/Canon relationships over to the Naruto OC Guide? I see that it's in your Affiliates, but maybe people don't know what they're about? They've actually got quite a number of guides on what certain Canon characters might look for in a relationship (Sasuke, Kiba, Gaara, etc.).

Thanks for the quick reply =] It's not a necessity that she get pregnant before they're married, but I can't really think of too many situations where teenagers would get married. An idea I had was that the clan acknowledges what a prodigy Neji is, and doesn't want to risk losing him in the war without him having a child first. So maybe they insist that he and the oc get married and she at least gets pregnant, like an arranged marriage of sorts? Would that be reasonable/realistic of a clan?

I've got an oc who became romantically involved with Neji during the Time Skip. Before the 4th war canonically happened, I had it where she was pregnant with Neji's child, and after the war that I had made up for the sake of closing the whole Tobi-Madara-Sasuke issues, they would be officially married. But, as that's no longer a possibility, do you think the Hyuga would insist they marry before the war, so the child would be born a Hyuga? I think it would be important to the clan that the (cont)

Yeah, trust me, I'm sick of those stories. No, she won't ever know her heritage. She'll be a civilian of some small, obscure village and own a bakery, with no shinobi knowledge. Plus, she'll be like 25+ during the time of the massacre, blissfully unaware. I wanted to tackle this to see if I can write it differently than all the other godlike Uchihas that somehow outsmart Itachi. Do you think something like this could be done well? It'll be slow-paced romance containing mostly OCs, nothing canon.

Say there was a woman who was impregnated by a careless (in regards to sex) Uchiha, who she didn't know was an Uchiha? So she'd have a daughter, but not enroll her as a ninja, so they would both be civilians in a far off village, and the daughter wouldn't be known as an Uchiha. Would it be plausible for her to escape the Uchiha massacre, since she isn't anywhere near Konoha, no one knows she's an Uchiha, and she will likely never know either?
