If you were wondering how Gaga’s stained glass window dress she wore in the opening scene looked like before it was packed up in London to post to New York to “meet” Gaga and star in her video, here I come to share some fabulous pictures with you. 

Both the dress and shoulder piece were designed by Petra Storrs. The technical chiffon is from Mugler’s Fall/Winter 2011 menswear collection.

Major points for accessorizing! The two multi-color Swarovski crystal-encrusted 18K gold plate double headbands with ribbon tie-backs were custom-made for the video by Alexis Bittar.

Another piece of jewelry Gaga wears in the opening scene are the triangle earrings from Pamela Love’s Spring/Summer 2011 “Armor vs. Armour“ collection inspired by traditional Indian and African symbols of protection.

Gaga also rocks the gigantic Je T’Aime necklace (what. a. piece!)...

...and five Gold Digger scorpion rings, both created by Erickson Beamon.

The black patent heelless Mary Jane shoes, that were customized for the video, are custom-made by Natacha Marro.

Model Raquel Zimmermann wears a bespoke Atsuko Kudo latex catsuit and Kobi Levi boots (more about those later) with a custom heavy gauge transparent yellow latex tubed collar by The Baroness, New York’s premier designer of elegant and provocative latex fashions.

The black PVC black crystals and spikes-embellished piece, Gaga wore in the machine gun scene, was custom-made for the video by 2010 Central Saint Martins graduate Sorcha O’Raghallaigh.

No photo available to show you the creation with “a skirt/cape piece which fanned from above the hips at the back of the garment” up close but I’ve got another exclusive sketch, Sorcha sent me with love for all of you, to add to our private La Maison Gaga collection!

Gaga’s black leather gloves for this scene were provided by Portolano.

The final part of this look are these dangerously beautiful black leather lattice platform ankle boots with knife heels, custom-made by Mugler.

Rick Genest aka. Zombie Boy (Rest in Paradise) wears a custom harness and spike-embellished leather jockstrap by Void of Course with the aforementioned technical chiffon by Mugler for this beautiful scene.

Void of Course also created the bespoke latex breast suit comprising a double-breasted shawl lapel blazer and matching high-waisted shorts for the alternative video dance scene...

...which she matched with these Agent Provocateur black fishnet stay-up stockings!

In the dancing scene, Gaga wears the Kalina bra with studded leather cups and press stud fastenings from Obey My Demand by Leanne Brooke.

This is how it looks like when 100% silk marries 100% leather. Total seduction and they lived happily ever after.

Her chained underwear is custom-made for her by Stephanie Paterek for NYC Sextrash.

The look was accessorized with custom strap gloves which were deconstructed, ornamented with metals studs and rivets by Wing & Weft Gloves and Berlin-based accessory designer Silke Debler.

Finally, the FootUndeez™ by Capezio “engineered to form and move with the foot. Designed to be “barely there” while providing the most protection and support of any item on the market today”.

FootUndeez™ are available in a variety of skin tones and prints. Gaga wore crystal-embellished black ones with rhinestones.

Gaga also quickly flashed her custom Tom Tom Fashions “Born This Way” unicorn studded grey leather vest while doing a death drop.

Sooo bummed this one didn’t make it into the final cut! In a scene for the alternative video, the Italian-American superstar wears an oversized multi-colored gem body chain styled as a top, just like ont he runway,...

...and metallic saucer headpiece Philip Treacy created for the Armani Privé Spring/Summer 2011 Haute Couture collection.

For the infamous “Evil Lovers” scene, both Gaga and Rick wear suits from Mugler’s Fall/Winter 2011 womens- and menswear collections. 

Gaga’s black cady peau de pêche jacket features a concealed hook closure and shoulder pads. 

Same Mugler knife boots, a crisp white button-up shirt and a black bow tie completed the look.

Remember the nude latex catsuit with black zipper embellishment I’ve mentioned earlier? Gaga wore it too, and it’s by Atsuko Kudo.

The wonder boots, both Gaga’s and Rachel’s giving-birth-looks were completed with, are Double boots designed by Kobi Levi for whom his artistic footwear design the shoe is his canvas.

Most of his inspirations are out of the what you would expect shoe-world, and give the footwear – the wearable sculpture – an extreme transformation.

Each and every pair is hand-made in Kobi’s studio.

In the final scene, Gaga paid tribute to Michael Jackson. Leaving a magical glitter trail as she walks down the empty alley, she’s wearing a stone-washed blue denim shirt and striped denim jeans, both custom-made by Perry Meek for the music video.

The white fringed leather gauntlets are bespoke Wing & Weft Gloves.

Her black calfskin leather mechanics belt is signed by Billykirk.

For the cover photo Gaga chose a deep-plunging neckline black halter neck top with silk fringes from Versace’s Spring/Summer 2011 prêt-à-porter collection.

Next, this iconic look. The black cady peau de pêche structured suit jacket and trousers combo was the opening look for Mugler’s Fall/Winter 2011 “Anatomy of Change” collection. 

The French fashion house also custom-made her dangerous black leather lattice platform ankle boots with knifes as heels.

In this BTS shot Gaga poses next to Terry in the one-sleeved version of the cady peau de pêche suit from the aforementioned Mugler collection.

The next look was made of organza, tulle, taffeta and ribbon. Laser cut and arranged to create a 3D effect. This beauty belongs to Indonesian designer Tex Saverio’s first Haute Couture collection – Spring/Summer 2011 “My Courtesan”. A collection about and for la Femme Fatal. Sensual, dark and sultry.

For Saverio, who uses different materials and techniques for each collection, fashion is art and designing is all about the soul. It’s not about cut, color or style only but about soul. He wants every single creation of his to have a soul.

And that, I believe, makes the whole difference.

Oh my. Dior’s Fall/Winter 2010 Haute Couture show was one huuuge bouquet of flowers inspired by the beautiful garden of Christian Dior’s childhood home. Gaga’s parrot tulip-inspired ball gown was the finale piece on the runway.

Both her gloves and vintage mask headpiece are by Mugler, Fall/Winter 1995 to be specific. This wasn’t the first time Gaga donned a Philip Treacy for Thierry Mugler headpiece from that specific collection.

Her Gold Digger scorpion crystal ring, which we sadly didn’t get a closer look at, is signed by Erickson Beamon.

In this photo, the Italian-American singer poses on top of Liberace’s piano only clad in lingerie. Her lace Ingenue set is by French luxury lingerie label Kiki de Montparnasse which she paired with fishnet tights by Levante.

Her Alexander McQueen Spring/Summer 2011 Hobnail ankle boots feature square gold toe-caps, hammered antique gold studs, buckled ankle straps and leather laces.

Continuing with Alexander McQueen Spring/Summer 2011, how gooorgeous is this sleeveless bell 3D black-and-white butterfly dress? Also walked down the runway in orange.

She wore a custom Philip Treacy butterfly mask to match the look...

...as well as a pair of custom Alexander McQueen sculptural butterfly booties. Unfortunately, we can’t see them.

The final look was custom-made exclusively for this photoshoot by Francesco Scognamiglio. 

For the first look, Gagaloo went for a blue latex coat from Mugler’s Fall/Winter 2011 “Anatomy of Change” menswear collection. The coat features a button-down front and an oversized fit.

Her mint-green trousers are from Francesco Scognamiglio’s Fall/Winter 2010 collection (you might remember her rocking the black version of these in the “Alejandro” music video).

Custom white leather Noritaka Tahena Lady Vase boots and custom Bob Recine square-shaped hair sculpture completed the look.

The second look is quite similar. Gaga opted for the black version of the aforementioned Mugler latex coat which she wore with nothing but sheer black leopard panties.

This look was crowned with another Bob Recine piece. The black patent leather headband features a platform shoe sculpture with buckle on top!

Next, she wore these Agent Provocateur black fishnet stay-up stockings.

Custom black leather Unicorn heelless platform ankle boots by Noritaka Tatehana completed the look.

From the very same Mugler collection, she wore this white latex biker jacket with snap collar in this outtake, paired with the Victoria’s Secret Back of Baby satin corset in rose and a custom latex skirt featuring satin panels.

Next, Gaga wears a top and dress from Irina Shaposhnikova’s Fall/Winter 2009 “Crystallographica” MA Graduate collection, inspired by “the geological forms of crystals and minerals”. 

A collection, that “explores the geometrical and 3-dimensional approach to the female body and results new forms and shapes”.

Gaga’s filigree frames are by Mercura NYC. “The detailing are lattice work combined with tassels of brass and a gold gilt floral disc. The frames were originally designed and made in 1990 by Mercura NYC at the Hotel Chelsea”.

Here, Gaga poses fiercely in a clear vinyl cropped jacket and matching suspender skater dress with patch pocket detail from the Gerlan Jeans Spring/Summer 2010 collection titled “By Any Jeans Necessary”.

Her 13″ (33 cm) high Void sandals, fusion of mahogany, vinyl & band saw blades, belong to the Stilett”O” series of sky-high heel sculptures by Houston-based artisan Omar Angel Perez. 

The series explores the interplay between women and their love-hate relationship with the stiletto heel: “As an expression of appreciation, I offer my gratitude to all women who endure the torture of wearing such heels. Your sacrifice does not go unnoticed”.

There are no shortcuts in Omar’s fine woodworking, the sinuous curves and waves found in his work are hand carved using an untouched block of wood, metal grinder and meticulous hand sanding.

In these gorgeous shots the singer is posing in a pair of custom white silicone baggy trousers based on Mugler’s Fall/Winter 2011 menswear collection.

Gaga also wears a white hat hand-made in lapin, with a chiffon veil created by Italian hat designer Federica Moretti.

Above an outtake from the same photo session. Gaga is wearing a customized white latex tuxedo shirt from the Void of Course Fall/Winter 2011 “Impossibility of Love” collection. Her latex shorts are by the London-based label as well.

In another outtake, Gagaloo is rocking a custom Alex Noble blue stone-wash trash denim jacket with puffed sleeves, fitted waist and flared peplum detail. Her acid-washed jeans with lace-up sides are vintage.

The shoes are another sick Omar Angel Perez creation. Introducing to you: Cradle, once again made of mahogany, vinyl & band saw blades.

Love the whole latex theme in these shots! The Italian-American singer is rocking a tan full body catsuit with black zipper embellishments by Atsuko Kudo. This is the sister piece to her “Born This Way” video catsuit.

A pair of Pleaser’s Kiss-202 clear PVC platform sandals completed the look.

Finally, Gaga wore nothing but sexy underwear by famous lingerie label Agent Provocateur. 

The Fifi set in the color “natural” comprises a lace-trimmed bra and briefs with decorative bow.

A look I believe I don’t have to introduce to you in detail is Gaga’s bespoke Mugler moulded black leather bodice which was “inspired by humanoids, alien sex humanoid hybrid women”...

...with matching nefertiti-inspired moulded leather hat...

...and thigh-high coated and cracked stretch leather platform boots made in collaboration with London-based designer Nasir Mazhar.

Of course we couldn’t miss out on this statement piece. Here, she wears her bespoke Tom Tom Fashions 'Born This Way' hand-painted, oversized grey leather biker jacket and sleeveless vest, both customized with brushed gold-tone stud details.

Custom black leather Unicorn heelless platform ankle boots by Noritaka Tatehana completed the look.

The second sickening Mugler moment, head-to-toe again! Gaga’s black latex oversized biker jacket is from the Fall/Winter 2011 “Anatomy of Change” menswear collection...

...which were paired with custom lattice platform boots with knife heels.

The provocative latex tuxedo with 3D breats, Gaga wore in these shot, was custom-made for her by London-based fetish-to-fashion label Void of Course!

For these shots, Gaga poses fiercely in a black leather and lace bra from Allure Lingerie matched with vintage Excelled black leather pants turned into shorts.

Her other bra, signed by French lingerie house Kiki de Montparnasse, is Ingenue in beige Leavers lace.

Here, Gaga is rocking a full denim look including a custom shirt by Perry Meek. I immediately recognized from the embroidery details on the back pockets that her Hercules cut-off shorts are by Levi’s.

Of course, the Pleaser Xtreme-1020 boots in black vinyl completed the look.

Talking of denim. The vintage Lee stone washed denim pants were purchased at the Beyond Retro store.If you belong to the vintage lovers community, this is a little paradise, so brooowse the site while you are there!

She also wore an Agent Provocateur strapless satin bustier top with sweetheart neckline.

Here, the Italian-American entertainer wears the heavy crystal Diamond Virgin dress with its matching bejeweled silk briefs, crystal headpiece draped around her body, and Ikarus winged crystal shoulder piece (worn as headpiece) by German clubwear designer and couturist Lorand Lajos.

In her hair, we can spot a vintage 1980s Butler & Wilson black, silver and red crystal snake brooch, which was once also worn by Princess Diana!

She also rocks a custom Rodrigo Otazu bejeweled face piece and heelless crystal-embellished platform boots from Dutch designer Jan Taminiau’s Fall/Winter 2010 “Reflections” Haute Couture collection.

Next, Gaga is wearing a design by Austrian fashion designer Daniela Karlinger. The shape outfit, which comprises a strapless geometric dress and cape belong to Daniela’s 2009 “Organic Shape” collection.

The bubble is actually a dress by Philips Design, made in collaboration with Studio XO, as part of their “Skin Probe Project” that examines the future integration of sensitive materials in the area of emotional sensing – the shift from ‘intelligent’ to ‘sensitive’ products and technologies. The project explores skin, body and future integration of sensitive textiles in garments.

Bubelle, also known as “the blushing dress”, introduced to the world in September 2006, intended to convey “the emotional state of the person wearing the garment through 18 separate miniature projectors located between the layers of the garment. A series of biometric sensors collect data such as heart rate, respiration and galvanic skin response, and this information is then interpreted and equated to certain moods and emotions, which in turn are visualized by altering the intensity, shape and colors of light generated by the projectors”.

A pair of Pleaser’s PVC & perspex Xtreme-801 platform mule sandals complete the look.

Another piece, I don’t really have to introduce to you, is her custom Atsuko Kudo flesh-colored latex catsuit with contrasting black zippers all over.

The insane sculpturesque alien vessel-inspired shoes were custom-made for this shoot by German artist and sculptor Rein Vollenga using epoxy resin!

I was told by Rein Vollenga that the shoes were part of a full look, which included this bone structure epoxy breast plate with visible ribs!

The purple and orange slime outfit was created by Dutch artist Bart Hess who also collaborated with Gaga on the “Born This Way” video.

Bart works in primitive and infinite ways. He works with his instinct and starts by using a material on the body, exploring volumes and ways of re-shaping the human silhouette. In fast speed, expelling all his creative energy.

He creates imagery that captures future human shapes and new body forms. He’s discovering a low-tech prosthetic way for human enhancement.

Her extra large black perspex hat hails from Charlie Le Mindu’s Spring/Summer 2011 “Detox Retox Botox” collection.
