Miki got off the train with a grin, her duffel bag slung over her shoulder. She was probably underpacked for the adventure, but she didn't need much. Her next album was coming out soon, and so she'd be in Tokyo for a few weeks, finishing up on recording and getting all the promotional material ready. After the success of her first album, she was optimistic that the second would be an even bigger hit! She was really excited about some of the songs that had already been recorded.
The hotel that AH Software had set her up in was one of the nicest in Tokyo, and she wished her parents could have come to see it. But they were busy and she was on her own, and that was pretty cool, too. She was looking forward to all of the exploring she'd be able to do in her spare time. She was so caught up in planning and thinking, she didn't notice as she walked straight into a man, hitting her arm in a weird way and causing her duffel bag to fall, spilling clothing everywhere.
"Ah! Dude, that was totally my bad!" She fell to her knees, quickly trying to cram various pieces of clothing back into the bag. It had been a tight fit to begin with, so this would probably take awhile. "You good?" She looked up at him -- it didn't look like he had dropped anything, at least. And her arm didn't seem to be knocked out of place at all, which was also good. They were state of the art and hard to jar from position, but it was always a worry of hers.
