Got some mental energy somehow even tho I didn't sleep very well and wrote some notes (irl and writing) - may be because I drank that sparkling water mom gets idk what's in there that helps me.. I lay down but couldn't rest....
Now my brain literally hurts and my hands are shaking
first time I opened my computer in around 3 weeks!
feeling better today than yesterday (which isn't saying much)
i shouldn't be on here very long at first.
larger screen may be better than phone screen. it's also not as close.
weird to type at first.... (don't want to lose this skill if that's possible)
I didn't use the computer because I couldn't do much for a while-- also, the monday after i hit my head, i focused a lot for hours on the computer, which may have made my symptoms worse, or just been hard to focus on it, which gave me an aversion to the computer. it was sitting in the corner of the room all this time. longest probably i've ever been away from a computer
If you see me posting something I already wrote about before it's because right now I can't tell if I did something or I only thought about doing it. The idea in my head can be very strong but at the same time it lingers there and often doesn't move into action for a while (and actually most often fades into vagueness again & i forget it completely for a while or forever) whereas if I finally do the thing I often forget I did it soon after...
