platonic otp: I also sort of brotp her with Gintoki, sometimes Hijikata. and I love Tsukki and Sa-chan bff friendship, Tsukki and Hinowa’s sisters/mother-daughter dynamics, Tsukki being an older-sister/aunt figure to Seita, and to a certain extent, to Kagura and Shinpachi as well (basically, I love all the interactions Tsukki has with her friends; they are all beautiful /sobs)

general opinions: Tsukki… how do I begin to explain Tsukuyo? Tsukuyo is flawless. I heard she’s insured for 200 million yen-

jokes aside, I adore Tsukki to bits, in every single way and I love her growth as a character in each arc she has appeared in so far. and I think what I love best about her is how despite the terrible things she’d experienced throughout her life - sold to slavery as a child by her own parents, watching her mentor ‘die’ in a fire after he saved her,  working for the Hyakka under Housen’s rule - she continues to grow both in strength and grace, never losing her spirit and her pride and dignity as a person. she has had her ups and downs of course, just like any of the characters in Gintama. but just like everyone else, she learnt to overcome her flaws (learning to rely and trust her friends for help and emotional support) and personal fears (fear of losing the home and family she’d built in Yoshiwara, fear of accepting her feelings for Gintoki). and despite all the awful things she’d seen and experienced during her life in Yoshiwara, she still remains a very kind and sincere person at heart, always willing to offer aid and second-chances to the women who need it, even at the risk of her her own safety (I honestly don’t think Housen would have been too pleased if he knew about Tsukki accepting the women he’d condemned to the dead into the ranks of the Hyakka).

I’ve never read Haikyuu and I don’t planned to but this is the main reason why I’ll never read sports manga.

Am întârziat cam mult acolo sus, pe terasa din micul promontoriu al falezei de pe povârniş ascultând canţonete. Parcă nimerisem aievea într-un pliant turistic! Undeva jos se vedea portul, apoi micile orăşele, “kiria”, care tivesc Golful Haifei. Şi, mai departe, Akko, unde fusesem în urmă cu două zile. Acolo parcă a fost şi o bătălie navală a lui Napoleon, îmi amintesc, de spusele…
