Sorry for the random question, but that impa picture made me think of it! When you play OoT, do you hold down the buttons while playing the ocarina so that they match the beat of the actual song, or just mash them out quickly? I do both, depending on the mood, so thats probably the answer for most people, though!
no i love random asks dw!!!!! also GOD i can play all the songs like deadly fast now after so many playthroughs but for my favorites (zelda’s lullaby & song of time) i ALWAYS play them correctly. i love them so so much i just wanna hear as much of it as possible
but i also play the others correctly a lot of the time, especially the temple songs (which ironically are also the ones i can play the fastest bc i use them like fast travel SO much) unless im playing w company and i have my Cool Super Skilled OoT Persona on lmfao
i also usually try to give my scarecrow song a nice sound when i record it!!! it changes every playthrough!
I didn't really take a break, so to say, but I did basically fail my first year of college because of depression. I changed schools (and countries) and being around friends really helped. If you can, I suggest always checking ratemyprofessor. I personally prefer making my schedule have days off in the middle, say like only having mon,wed,fri or something, so it never feels overwhelming. Or even having a 3 day weekend instead of just two. Of course that's just me. (Cont)
Only take online classes if you know you're good at teaching things to yourself and can make sure to keep your own schedule for doing work. I keep a weekly schedule of what homework/projects I have, assign a day I want to do it, and how long I think it'll take me, so I know kind of like, assuming I want to be ready for bed at a certain time, I need to start by X o'clock to finish on time. That's all I can really think of at the moment... hopefully any of it helps!
it absolutely helps a whole whole lot, thank you!!! i loved having breaks in my week between all my classes where i could go whole days not having to be on campus haha. unfortunately i would KILL to have a system where i could make all my class work be confined INSIDE the school? i function really well IN class, but struggle like hell at home with homework and things i’m expected to do outside the class time. ;_; i’m hoping it’ll be a little easier this time because again, uh, better mental health, but it definitely will still be An Issue.
i think promising myself set amounts of time will help though, i like that idea! plus if i DO manage to do some semesters at the same time as friends i think study hangouts will help a lot, hehe.

If I even think about touching that material where the picture changes when you look at it from different angles I wanna scream. My middle school had them on our english workbooks and that was hell, lemme tell ya
