Lucifer is stubborn as fuck so even though he owns noise cancelling headphones, he refuses to wear them and claims he doesn't need them. (Autism denier)

All of the brothers and Diavolo are aware of the fact that Lucifer, Levi, and Satan are all autistic, so there's always safety measures in place for them.

Levi always has his headphones, Satan will always stand next to Levi, in the quietest corner of the room, and Lucifer will bump his head or his arm against Diavolo's if he's overstimulated.

If Lucifer gives Diavolo a signal he's over stimulated (or if Dia isn't distracted enough to recognize the signs), he'll pull him into a separate room to calm down. Normally, Diavolo will wait in there, letting Lucifer stim and calm until he's able to talk again.

Once Lucifer can talk, he asks him if he's ready to go back or if he wants to go back. If the answer is yes, Dia stays until hes ready (normally playing on his phone) and if the answer is no, Diavolo will leave the room and tell Barbatos to be in there with Lucifer to make sure he doesn't hurt himself.

I share this for two reasons: 1) gains for one is gains for all. My gym wins are our gym wins! But also, 2) for transparency sake! It took me so long to get back to this point because I was stuck in my own head about the how’s and the when’s. It’s not the perfect routine/schedule I had envisioned in my head but I had to kick my own ass to remember that all progress is good progress and perfect is the enemy of good.

Proud of you, mate. I've been so bad recently due to work stresses, but my first week off, I'm getting back into the pattern of it. Only twice a week is not enough for me to feel good.
