“Excuse you, but I wasn’t interested in your opinion.”

The sun rays had found Sirius’ eyes, making him squirm until his mind had realized it was morning. “Whoa.” He was cautious to open his eyes. Sirius couldn’t exactly remember where he had fell asleep last night.

Molly couldn’t sleep last night. Every time she closed her eyes, all she could see was his cold body lying motionless on the floor, his robes being cleaned from the cruel words it was branded with. He was a new hire, a kind young man, who she saw so much potential in. While she was turning down the chairs with a levitating charm, getting ready to open the pub, Molly’s feelings were stirring up, almost slipping from her control. As she reached for the next chair, Molly’s focus shifted from her dazed state to the sound of someone coming in. A slight, breathy gasp of fright escaped her lips, as the chair came falling on the floor. 

“Bloody h-” Her words gave out. Molly had to keep herself from speaking her thoughts out loud. Otherwise, everything would become more real.

Sil tried to move his wheelchair through the crowded street without bumping into anyone, but it turned out to be a lot easier said than done. He was just recovering from a handbag that smacked into his face when he spotted a familiar figure.
