Question for you.

The hardest part for me is deciding what to annotate, like categories etc. This often means I'm putting off starting a book until I can figure out what categories I want to annotate. So I'm asking you...

How do you decide what to annotate?

Friends, I'm participating in Disability December over on Instagram, my post will be up on the 4th/5th (depending on where you live)

I'm looking for your disability recs. I'm not the biggest fan of contemporary romance, so please limit those recs!

I'm at an impasse. I lost my job recently and because of this, I see myself as having three options. I need your help deciding on what to do (please keep in mind that I am disabled and chronically ill, and can really only do one of these) (also I'm lucky enough to not have to work since I'm on disability and my husband works as well).

Here are my options:

1. A few years ago I used to stream video games on Twitch, I stopped for personal reasons, but I do miss it, and have been thinking about going back for a while.

2. I could look for another super casual job in the music industry, but I've had a little look and there isn't a lot out there in my area, the area my husband and I are very loosely considering moving to, or work from home positions (which would be ideal).

3. I've been thinking a lot about studying at least a Diploma in Library and Information Services, and working towards working in a library in some capacity. The only issue for this one is that I'm not 100% sure if I could physically do a job in the library with my conditions, and I don't want to put my husband and I into more student debt to just find out I can't do it. That being said, I have always wanted to work around books (I did have a retail bookshop job in like 2011) and I have a cousin who works in a library that I could ask about the types of jobs she does.

So please, help me out!

I already know about the Howl's Moving Castle book, and How Do You Live, and that Arrietty is loosely based on The Borrowers. I'm just in desperate need of an escape, Studio Ghibli style. For reference, one of my faves is Kiki's Delivery Service, if anyone has specific recs for that!

My general pain levels are so much higher than they've ever been, and I don't know why. I'm just always in pain. I'm taking the painkillers I'm prescribed and I genuinely don't think they're doing anything?
