M'kay then. According to this particular article along with a few other highly sourced articles, studies and other past research I've done on the subject, it looks like I'm taking a safe amount of Vitamin B-6 per day to avoid any potential suffering of Sensory Neuropothy. Whew. That's good to know. Still should always be safe, though. Nonetheless, I definitely prefer a Vitamin B-6 or Vitamin B Complex supplement to the popular consumption of caffeine every morning. It's great for energy metabolism (primarily B-6), nervous-system health (primarily B-12), migraines (primarily B-2), and a great many other sources. Definitely my favorite daily vitamin, and I can definitely always feel a difference in my energy‬ levels for the day when I take it. Nonetheless, know that I highly recommend it~

'call me a nerd, but I had one crazy ass dream the other night; really, it was a dream within a dream! And I felt so weird during(the second part of it) and afterwards when I actually woke up, because it felt so real the whole time..... But anywhooo, I'm looking into it at the moment, using my '[The} Dreamers Workbook' and my 'DREAMS: Hidden Meanings Secrets'. Hopefully I'll get some clarity out of all this and find out what it is I need to do
