Just saw a tiktok of someone I thought was cool where she said microlabelling in the queer community is useless and harmful because it... invisibilise genders/sexuality that are REALLY oppressed ?? Continued by saying « if you’re demisexual you’re not oppressed » as if ama/heteronormativity, and the way being a virgin/not wanting s*x immediately is seen in today’s society in a totally cool, positive way. As if half the community doesn’t argue about our existence or if we’re valid or not. I consider that a form of oppression.
