Holy woah! I noticed this blog getting a lot of new followers recently. Thank you all for being here!
I can assure you this blog is not dead, in case you’re wondering, I’m just really busy this apprenticeship year with my finals coming up in May and somewhen in July. Also my working shifts are a bit oddly spread over the day on my current farm, which sadly makes it hard to sit down and create new content atm.
I certainly have some ideas for new photo sets and definitely didn’t stop drawing, so I guess there’s going to be things coming up sooner or later :D
We started to take care of the neighbour's cat a few months ago cause they had to move out, finally got around to take pics!
...I like that he looks like a tiny cow. (Although he himself is everything but tiny lmao)

Year one is almost over
Wowee, first apprenticeship year is almost over and I already packed my stuff and moved out of the dorm room. In three weeks I’ll go to the next farm and start my second apprenticeship year. Where the heck did all that time go?
Anyhow after all this time I’m still glad I made the choice to quit studying and get into farming through an apprenticeship.
My life improved a lot, I feel so much better -mentally and physically- than I used to do back in media school. I found a lot of new friends and got to meet people of all kinds. I met the love of my life, got a new home and learned so, so many things I never thought I’d ever get to know about or dare to do by myself one day. I actually learned how to deal with people and responsibilities again, heck.
It still baffles me how all of this came out of one single 2 week internship that I didn’t want to do at the beginning.
I shortly met our sheep today
Colleague: “Okay Michelle, I need you to stop the one over there.”
Me: “I literally never worked with sheep what am I supposed to-” *gets run over by sheep and lands on her butt at 5am*
We’ve got this one teacher in farming school who doesn’t care about our gender.
We are all referred to as “Strong Lads”.
The only question that truly matters is...do you belong to the Cow-people or are you one of the Pig-men?
