Imagine watching old movies with Michael Fassbender.
“You know what, when you said old movies, I was thinking like ... the eighties,” You said, seeing the collection that Michael had turned up with for the night. Modern Times, Singin’ in the Rain, A Streetcare Named Desire... and here, your own contribution was The Three Stooges.
You were definitely tucking that DVD under a pillow now, feeling a little embarrassed that you had missed the brief. But Michael didn’t seem to mind, he loved to show you new things, even if they were old new things.
“If you think this is funny,” He said, pulling out the Three Stooges like rabbit from a hat, “Then you’re going to love this.”
He put Modern Times into your DVD player, and got settled on the couch next to you, arm around your shoulders and a beer in one hand. These little movie nights of yours were your favorite - a way to spend time together without having to deal with the paparazzi or fans asking for photos all throughout your dates.
And to the surprise of no one at all, you loved the movie, laughing along with Charlie Chaplin, and most importantly Michael. That shark-like grin was your absolute favorite, and you were more focused on that than on the film. Once it was over, you pressed a kiss to that stubbled cheek. “Good choice, love,” You said. He looked over at you, that same grin. “But now I really want to see you recreate those dancing scenes. Have you drunk enough?”
“Not nearly,” Michael groaned, but knew he’d give into you anyway.
