TTIP (The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership)
Well TTIP isn’t a very commonly known subject. I didn’t know much about it except for the fact that our groceries get poisoned because someone wants more profit. (Accidently posted it)
Well, TTIP is the golden rule of trading companies. For example. If I were for example Vattenfall (Swedish energy company) I’d be able to sue Sweden, yes. I’d be able to sue the whole country just because they disable my possibility to trade, or make it harder for me. Some think it’s utter bullshit that big companies can earn money by doing something that isn’t allowed then suing the country because they made the rule. But for the company it’s awesome. Breaking laws and getting money for it. Win win!
But I have to see if this is good for anyone, me, groups and society. Personally, I dislike this. I get poisoned food and our country can lose money. But I can’t just get hooked by this. Most groups would dislike TTIP because they won’t win by it. But entrepreneurs will probably like this because companies will win by TTIP. Society will have a lose-win situation by this, they have a possibility to lose money by getting a sue from companies, and they will not have the free possibility to make what laws that the people want, since the companies have control over them. But the country will also possibly get money/resources by trading internationally. It’s a quite hard agenda. What’s best for the majority is probably to remove the whole idea of TTIP from every country since some will have a very hard time to make people accept the fact that rich companies will get almost total control over the country and the politicians will not have any control over the economic decisions that the country originally may have. So really, the society will be used by the companies, and if the politicians don’t make a law to remove it, the companies will receive money by us trying to get a better economic society.
