The Micabella rep at K Days tried to neg my friend into buying expensive face cream by telling her that her pores were huge and she looked way older than me. (She's 5 years younger than I am) If I ever wanted to use their products before I sure fucking don't now.
i went to the mall today and got sucked into a mica beauty kiosk by a super cute saleswoman but it turned out to be a couple my age running the kiosk and they were way nicer than any salespeople i've met in malls before. i thought that maybe they were being super nice because they wanted the sale, but after i got home and checked the prices, they gave me everything heavily discounted, almost wholesale price. i actually had a lot in common with the girl and they said that if i ever come to the mall that i should visit them even if i'm not wanting to buy more make up..?!
the reason i know i'm sold on this makeup though is this - when i got home, i did zumba. i worked my ass off. AND MY MAKEUP STAYED ON. I LOOKED FLAWLESS AFTERWARDS. i live in oklahoma now. i walk to work every morning. i sweat. a lot. i finally have a makeup that won't be gone by the time i get to the office!!!
i'm really impressed with this makeup. you can use it wet or dry, you can use the eyeshadows for lip gloss or nail polish if you mix it with wax or a clear coat, the foundation can be used wet or dry. this stuff is magic.
