GAME DAY
This was my first ever college performance in marching band. This was also a special day because I got to march next to my sister (see above in the black and red uniform) in my first performance. The other two pictures are the shenanigans the band got into as the rain delay went on. The pyramid was probably the silliest thing we did the entire season, but this was the first time I felt like I was a part of a band family again.

By using facts and figures, it is easy for individuals who are using the website to visualize their debts. There is no coded language; this tool is meant to be unbiased and allows all users to see their options purely based on money.
Because the site covers colleges across the nation, it does not have a political tone or bias. Interestingly enough, the language surrounding the price of Miami is discouraging. It eludes that finances at Miami are not as they seem, and suggests that it is difficult to pay for. The contrast between what Miami considers to be Affordable and what other schools deem as Affordable is extremely clear.

BAND CAMP!
This was my first college band camp and one I will never forget. I had lost my love of the sport/activity after graduation but this group made all of that love come rushing back. The week was in the 100 degrees each day, constantly working from 8:30 AM to 10 PM every day, but it was the most fun I had ever had. From swimming in the fountain on Freshman Move In day to watching Anchorman celebrating my 18th birthday with this group, it started a change in me that would last for the rest of the year.
