Hi I'm new to the fandom, where does the miamicop ship come from?
Well, I'm sure there'd be a few folks who could give you a better, historically accurate answer, since MiamiCop is one of the first and most famous rickcest (Rick x Rick) ship. But as far as it's origins, it's a combination of Miami Rick from the game Pocket Mortys (RIP) and Cop Rick from The Ricktlantis Mixup (season 3).
And honestly? It's my favorite rickcest ship. There's something about picking up those two opposites (Miami being a more sleazy, criminal vibes character, and Cop, who tries to play by the book and follow the law) and throwing them in a sandbox together. It was also *the* rickcest ship back in the day, as the fanart and older fans can tell.
