I reworked Chef's lore and his look a bit. He's still got the robotic arms, but now they just look like regular arms. His hair is a little longer now, he can actually tie it back. His drinking problem got worse. Sometimes he gets so drunk he'll bake a huge wedding cake in the middle of the night and just pass out right on top of it... Still better than making a neutron bomb.
