For Mental Health Awareness Week (14-20th May), I thought I’d chat about 10 books about mental health that are on my wishlist, TBR, or that I’ve read.

Mental Health Awareness Week 2018
OMG! My first MHAW in DLSU-D. Call time was 7:30 AM so i went to school with no proper sleep cuz i had to pull an all nighter (as usual) to finish our group presentation in Kasaysayan. The walk for mental health awareness started at 8:30 so imagine just how upset i was during the 1 hour i waited for it to start. I couldve slept more or at least ate something before leaving the house. Really shaking my head real hard at this Filipino time mindset we have.
Anyway, I was tired during the parade cuz again, i was hungry. And i had no sleep. We walked from the JFH grounds to the grand stand, I mean what the fuck man i shouldve went straight to the grandstand 🤣
While they were giving speeches, i got slightly into a realization that, hey I’m in the right course. I’ve been asking myself if i should still keep going or just shift into a new course cuz I’m badly failing all my classes. And maybe Psychology isn’t for me. Then this happened. It struck my heart that this has always been what I’m up to, helping people find not an escape, but solutions to their battles.
aaaAaaAa looking forward for more minor subjects to fail.... cant wait for graduation :)))
Reminding all friends and family... My house is a safe zone. Kettle can be on in minutes, EASILY done. My phone is on, my door is open. I will always do my best to always be available ... you are always welcome! 💖 #MentalHealthAwareness. #ItsOkNotToBeOk ❤🙏 #mhaw2018 #dontdoitalone #youarenotalone (at ♥♥ Jacqui's Thoughts ♥♥)
