A creature in its own class... a guardian.

A design for a Nomu type creature from my My Hero Academia fanfic “Shattered Destiny” (appears in chapter 18) which is actually a mix of Next-Instant Villain (Vigilantes) and the standard Nomu. This creature is simply known as "The Guardian" ("shugosha" 守護者). He has an actual name in another fic once I get around to writing him in, which is "Shu-chan" He has a total of 11 Quirks, a few simply for aesthetic purposes (Skull Face + Wild Mane) but has a few for functionality that are in harmony hence why he can hold so many. He can be biped to stand like a bear but since his front is more gorilla shaped he walks on all fours. His skull was modeled on a slightly modified bear's skull.

“But you’ve always been somewhat of a straight shooter.” “People change, hopefully for the better. But if it’s a compliment I’ll take it.” Katsuki shrugged and earned a nod from Izuku as they both turned their attention toward the sunset, a sense of comfort falling over them.

“Eri-chan, stay behind me.” Deku instructed calmly as he stood up, planting himself between the frightened child and the three Brigadiers.

Dabi let out a groan, leaning his head back against the wall that he had fallen asleep sitting up against, “What is it?”

The first time Izuku thought his life was over was the day he found out he was Quirkless. The second was when he decided he needed to disappear, ignored and unwanted by society. However a hero saved him, giving him a chance for a new life. His savior’s name? All For One. And Izuku?

He’s Deku now. ----
